Walk with Prince William? This winter will take you through your headphones

Plus, walking “through thick and thin” has always been a part of Williams’ life, he wrote on Instagram. “For me, it provides an opportunity to clear my mind and gain some perspective. It is an important part of how I manage my mental health.”

William chose three charities to which Apple would donate: Shout in the United Kingdom, Crisis Text Line in the United States, and Lifeline in Australia. The prince said these are all organizations that provide assistance to people in (mental) crisis situations.

Psychological health

During his career, Prince spoke about the importance of staying mentally fit and why the topic was so important to him. He returns with the listener for the moment when he was largely taken out of his comfort zone. For the occasion, William also chose three of his favorite songs and explained why they were so important to him.
