KRALENDIJK – At the invitation of Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB), a group of 7 members of the American press visited Bonaire from various media outlets such as South Florida Luxury Guide, New York Post, Upscale Magazine, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, TripSavvy and more. A mix of national and regional journalists from major markets traveled to Bonaire to cover various travel reports, including adventure and luxury experiences.

During their stay on the island, the group stayed overnight at the Harbor Village Beach Club and did various activities such as flank thwarting, windsurfing, land sailing, and an island tour. One of the members of the press is a certified diver and was able to do a one day dive through Divi Flamingo Beach Resort and AB Dive.

In July and early August, TCB welcomed three freelance journalists from Brides.com, Fodors.com, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Miami Times and a photographer. Journalists visited Bonaire to write about their experiences on the island for various publications, including the aforementioned media. The photographer was commissioned to take various photos of Bonaire from the luxurious accommodations to the various activities that can be done on the island. TCB will use these images for promotional purposes in the future.

Travel to the TV show “Kilimangiaro” Television director/producer with his assistant for ABC Islands to film an episode of this show. The episode will be broadcast on RAI between October 2021 and April 2022. The TV program “Kilimangiaro” is watched over a million times a month and is broadcast on Sundays. They spent the night at the Bonaire Resort and dived into the Dive Friends Dive School Bonaire. They also had the opportunity to do various activities on the island.

Through various press visits in July and August, TCB estimates it has more than 10 million unique viewers. We are very satisfied with the cooperation with various press and media groups.
