Scientists from Harvard University have concluded that when you are fit, you are less likely to develop various heart diseases. The study showed that men who could perform the exercise 40 times in a row had a lower risk of heart disease.

That’s what scientists discovered during this study, which closely monitored 1,104 firefighters from ten different fire stations in the US state of Indiana. Over the past 10 years, a doctor has asked firefighters to do 80 push-ups. This included a number of conditions.
