Along with Croatia, 21 countries qualified for the final round of the European Championship in Germany, which will be held from June 14 to July 14. The other qualifiers are Germany (placed automatically), Albania, England, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Scotland, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Turkey.
The last three places for the final round of the European Championship will be allocated through the qualifiers (based on the 2022-2023 Nations League) that will be held in March with twelve countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Iceland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg, Wales, Poland and Ukraine.
The group stage draw will be drawn in Hamburg on December 2. Belgium is one of the six seeds in Pot 1, thus avoiding Germany, France, Portugal, England and Spain.
