In the series – a thriller, but not a thriller – Dornan plays the role of “The Man”. An unknown man wakes up in a hospital bed and doesn’t remember anything even though this is vital. Dornan had to travel abroad for a while for the recordings. Australia, that is. And his wife and three sons – all daughters – went with him. “Our oldest daughter has just turned eight.”
“To make my career run alongside the family we came up with the two-week rule. I wouldn’t be away from my family for more than two weeks. So taking them to Australia was really the only option. The kids went to school here. It’s great to share this with them, to be able for giving my daughters this life experience.”
