good morning! Christmas tree blast and Australia

It kept a lot of people busy last week: a Christmas tree that stands on an eleven-meter-high artwork in Sluiskil Tunnel. Even a video was sent to the editors. An unknown phone number sent the editors a video with photos showing a black-clad person climbing the artwork with a rope. The video ends with a warm New Year greeting: “There is a light at the end of the tunnel. To 2021 it is more beautiful.”

One person was injured this morning in an explosion in a shed in Terneuzen. The injured person inhaled smoke and was treated by ambulance personnel. The police took the locals out of their homes to be on the safe side.

For Adrienne Verburg in Western Australia, Christmas is celebrated very differently than here in the cold country of Zeeland. A temperature rise of above 40 degrees is expected in the coming days. “We put the pool in the garden and calm down there.”

It is a cloudy day with long periods of rain or drizzle,
Especially this afternoon it can rain for a while. It is soft
With temperatures from 11 to 13 degrees throughout the day. The wind is the most
Moderate from southwest, wind strength 2 to 4.
