De Jong was unsuccessfully awarded a penalty after an hour of football. The striker first caught his opponent Jurel Hato with a cross, after which the Ajax defender also appeared. There was absolutely no error on Hato's part, so referee Serdar Gözübüyük allowed play to continue. However, De Jong clearly did not agree with Jozubuyuk's decision and showed it with words and gestures for about a minute.
