Adele has admitted that she hasn’t the foggiest about a release date for her next album.
It’s been five years since fans were treated to 25, which included tracks like Hello and When We Were Young.
And despite her habit of leaving considerable gaps between albums, fans are desperate for more.
The star’s manager has already confirmed that her fourth studio album will not be released in September.
“Adele where’s the album?” one fan needed to know, sharing a crying emoji alongside their message.
“I honestly have no idea,” the 32-year-old honestly replied.
Other fans soon chimed in with messages of support, one offering: “@adele we will wait patiently.”
Another wasn’t so patient, writing: “miss you adele need new songs please.”
She came back to her fan in the comments section of a recent Instagram post in which she shared a self-help book that she guaranteed fans would be blown away by.
Adele has recently undergone a stunning transformation as she got fit and shed more than an estimated seven stone.
Snapping the front cover of Untamed by Glennon Doyle, Adele wrote: “If you’re ready – this book will shake your brain and make your soul scream.
“I am so ready for myself after reading this book! It’s as if I just flew into my body for the very first time. Whew! Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life – Do it.
