Adele buys her third home in the Beverly Hills Celebrity District | showbiz
Famous PeopleAdele (33) appears to be working hard on expanding her real estate portfolio. The singer bought a third house in Hidden Valley, a neighborhood in Beverly Hills. And she’s not the only celebrity who likes to live there.
Adele just added a third home in Beverly Hills to her real estate portfolio. She already had two houses close to each other, but now she has also bought her neighbors’ house. These are not the least: the house was initially owned by her good friend Nicole Richie and her husband, Joel Madden. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a swimming pool and a basketball court. Adele paid 8.4 million euros for it.

She already had two homes in the neighborhood. The first – where she currently lives – she bought for around 7 million euros in 2016. The home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. But Adele also wanted her ex-husband Simon, with whom she shares a son, to continue living nearby. And so she bought the house next door – five bedrooms and six bathrooms – in 2019 for around 9 million euros. Now a third house has been added. It is not yet known what her plans are with this.
The Hidden Valley neighborhood is home to many famous people. Adele’s immediate surroundings include Jennifer Lawrence, Cameron Diaz, Benji Madden, Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Katy Perry, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis.
