    The previous danger! Officials said Monday that Ken Jennings, the hero, author and person who knows everything, will be the first guest-host of the long-running trivia game show.

    The AdvertisingTwo weeks after beloved host Alex Trebeek died of pancreatic cancer on November 8, he explained that “a series of temporary guests from the Jeopardy family!” She will take over the show, which Trebek hosted from 1984 until earlier this year.

    The official account of the program said on Twitter, “We will resume production on 11/30,” indicating that additional hosts will be announced at a later time.

    Jennings responded to the tweet with one of his tweets.

    “There will only ever be one Alex Trebek, but I am honored to help Jeopardy with this in January,” Wrote.

    Jennings made history for the show after winning 74 consecutive matches in 2004 and in 2005. It earned him the record $ 3370,700. (“Brad Ratter is the highest-grossing winner of all time in any game TV show, with total earnings of” Jeopardy! “Totaling $ 4,688,436, according to ABC News.

    Trebek’s more than three decades on top of the show earned him a place in the Guinness Book of Records for most episodes of game shows hosted by the same presenter.

    Trebek has not yet been named a permanent alternate host.
