UFC 253 will be a massive battle with high stakes on Saturday, September 26th, at the Flash Forum on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In the mixed martial arts event, Israel will face Adesanya with Paulo Costa.
The fight is the culmination of the 18-month-long verbal sparring between Adesanya and Costa that culminated in March at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas when Costa tried to jump over the barricade to confront Adesanya, the victorious middleweight champion, only to be accompanied by security.
The two rose to the ranks of the sport, as Adesanya defending his unbeaten 19-0 record as a skilled kickboxer in “Stylebender” who redirects his opponents’ aggression through precision punches. Meanwhile, Costa (13-0) dominated his opponents with sheer brutal strength and ended 11 of his 13 career fights with a knockout.
