    The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai revealed a technology that uses artificial intelligence (AI) in cycling paths, to count the number of users and measure their compliance with safety procedures at GITEX this year.

    AI bike technology

    The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority is displaying the “Using Artificial Intelligence in Cycling Tracks” solution developed by EVOTEQ, a digital transformation solutions provider, which aims to ensure safer roads for cyclists.

    AI technology supports artificial intelligence to detect cyclists and scooters on the track, detects whether they are wearing a helmet or not, and allows analysis of additional trends of data collected to predict bicycle accidents.

    Android “Neolix”

    The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority also displayed the Neolix delivery robot, which are self-driving vehicles prepared for the climatic conditions of the region, where temperatures can rise to more than 50 degrees Celsius in summer.

    Drone for delivery

    The Roads and Transport Authority also offered a delivery drone, after Dubai had drawn up plans for its drone platforms and air traffic control system.

    Android “Myra”

    The company “Nura” robotics, “Myra”, the first cognitive robot in the world, which Roham Menon, one of the employees of Nura Robotics, is operating in this picture.

    According to the company’s official website; The robot “Myra” can see, speak, and feel the surrounding environment, and the internal things of the robot enable it to be used in many things, unlike other robots.

    The robust and rugged design of the robot combines advanced machine performance, easy programming and unlimited interaction possibilities for beginners and experts alike.

    “I’m a laser”

    Also on display was the iLaser robot, which is a medical robot arm designed by the “Maria” Company for Medical Technology in Sharjah, and it is the latest modern technology for laser treatment and safer laser hair removal.

    The robot helps beauticians and dermatologists avoid human error while treating patients, which is powered by artificial intelligence and uses a 3D modeling camera that can tell you your skin type.
