Kajrihan Aslan started as a project manager in the building performance team. After studying architecture and management masters in the built environment, Kajrihan gained experience successively in an engineering firm, developing builders, and in national government. As an inquisitive, ambitious and daring architect, he appeals to large and even international projects and development opportunities within Dreso.
Rik de Rijcke strengthens the UX team as a UX & Workplace Consultant. Rick recently completed his studies in Industrial Design and his MA in Design for Interaction. He now mainly supports the team in conducting a user survey and translating the results achieved into the workplace concept. Rick believes it is important to understand the motivations of others and include them in his work. He chose Drees & Sommer because his vision of “The Office” aligns with that of Dreso. The development opportunities and the pleasant ambiance of the office immediately attracted him.
Sharda van Dijk was trained as a calculator and business planner. She started at Drees & Sommer as a Construction Manager. She can use her previous experience working as a technical officer and business planner in daily practice. Combined with her inquisitive, inquisitive personality and extroverted attitude, you would expect to be able to learn a lot from a variety of projects at Dresseau.
Nick Verhoeven strengthens the Building Performance team as Project Manager. After his training in construction and real estate management, he developed a keen interest and several years of experience in social real estate at another project management agency. Nick’s strength lies in the initial phase where he can (participate) in defining frameworks and finding creative solutions to housing issues in the team.
