Legoland on Scheveningen Street is the number one location in the Netherlands. Three iconic buildings of The Hague, recreated with small stones, can be seen. It concerns the ADO Den Haag football stadium, the Scheveningen pier and the Kurhaus. They received the most votes in an election organized by gravity.

The Lego indoor tutor is aimed at children from two to twelve years old. They can play, build, learn and experiment with bricks. Each year, between 300,000 and 350,000 visitors are expected. The original Lego theme park is located in Billund (Denmark), the birthplace of building blocks. In addition, Lego theme parks are located in the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Dubai, Malaysia, Japan, Canada, Turkey, China and Australia.

    Corniche expansion

Visitors will soon be able to enter the building in shifts. In between, the stones are washed and the other parts being played are cleaned.

On Thursday afternoon, The Hague City Council held a discussion on the LEGOLAND basement. This is not a sufficient carrier for heavy transport. To solve this problem, councilor Anne Mulder (VVD) wants to widen the street by six metres. The city council has to allocate nearly three million euros for this. The council will vote on this Thursday evening.
