IT recruitment agency CHRLY is expanding to the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The company aims to hire 50 new consultants within one year.

IT recruitment agency CHRLY is expanding its activities to the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The company was founded in 2021 by Fujitsu Belgium and is currently headquartered in Antwerp. In addition to Belgium, CHRLY is also active in Portugal.

    Question from the Netherlands

The organization's ambition is to increase its workforce from 150 to 200 consultants within one year. This expansion comes in the wake of growing demand from the Netherlands. The company wants to differentiate itself by focusing on candidates' profiles, rather than just their professional skills.

“To attract IT talent, you have to look for exotic talent.”

CHRLY provides support to organizations' recruitment departments and invests in ongoing training of young talents. The company wants to associate a wide range of IT profiles with a job.

    Do not resume first

Maxime Coles, Managing Director of CHRLY: “Our approach always starts from the candidate’s profile and not from the required skills. During our first interview with the candidate, we do not discuss the CV, but rather have a conversation to get to know the person. Our goal is to build long-term relationships and help as many people as possible.” “People and continuous growth, to achieve this, it is also important to work with the right partners and this approach should therefore be developed in the Netherlands as well.”
