The storm has weakened, but is moving so slowly and throwing so much rain that most of Central America is on high alert. This means that the effects can be felt across the Cayman Islands, Cuba, Florida and the Bahamas this weekend and into early next week before the storm pushes west into the Gulf of Mexico.
