Two weeks ago, AD wrote about meetings where interested Dutch people could get information about immigration to Russia and Belarus. The organizer of those media sessions told the newspaper that Walters attended such a meeting in Arnhem.
Walters did not confirm her existence, but wrote on her party's website Heart 4 Hilversum: “There was a post about my own participation in an information meeting on small-scale organic farming in Belarus and Russia. Organic farming is becoming increasingly common.” Difficult in Europe, but it seems impossible for you to explore whether organic farming is possible in countries outside of it.
“Distracting” noise
The reason she resigned from her position as a local councilor is that she believes that this fuss distracts from the effective management by me and the municipal council of Hilversum. “Publishing my own research draws me to the sensitivity of national political topics,” she writes.
“The discussion that has arisen about her future plans as a private person is damaging to her work and the work of the Hilversum City Council,” the Hilversum mayor and alderman wrote in a statement. The council thanks Walters for her “unwavering commitment to Hilversum”. The City Council will discuss the situation created by the alderman's departure next week.
