    In 2013, Chikina Fina (17) came to Belgium from the Congo with one goal: to study to build the best life possible. He even left his parents and five siblings. But on Thursday afternoon, his dream came to an abrupt end: the teenager, unable to swim, sank off the coast of Ostend, due to a violent drowning. “In a few seconds, this is fatal, although there are saviors.”
