Many major banks expect a recession in the United States in the first half of 2024. In Europe, a recession is almost certain.
Why is this important?
The resilience of the US economy and, to a lesser extent, the Eurozone, has certainly surprised many analysts in 2023. However, they are not ruling out a recession in 2024, on the contrary.
