    Frankfurt Airport canceled all flights as of Wednesday afternoon due to the weather. Also, flights do not depart from Oslo Airport due to heavy snowfall. In addition, buses, trains and metro do not run in the Norwegian capital.

Planes that have not yet landed at Oslo's Gardermoen Airport are permitted to do so. New flights are no longer departing.
