An amazing collection of classic cars has been discovered in the US and is believed to be worth millions. The “barn find” was first captured on video by YouTubers at Classic Car Rescue. The vehicles were reportedly found in an abandoned and dilapidated building in the United States.

The term “barn find” is not entirely correct in this case because there is no barn visible in the photos. The term has evolved to include any automotive find of an abandoned or forgotten nature, and that includes this collection of more than 200 classic pieces crammed into an old warehouse. The title of the video indicates that it is an old museum, but whatever it is, the building certainly contains an impressive collection of classics.

    Dordrecht palm group

This is the second major undiscovered group this year. The first “barn find” was in Holland and was owned by the Dutchman Ad Balmain. The hermit from Dordrecht managed to keep his beloved collection of more than 200 cars under the radar for years, until a fire broke out that made the outside world aware. The million-dollar collection was auctioned off by Nico Aaldering of The Gallery, although this was not entirely fair according to the municipality of Dordrecht.

    Mustang Shelby

The location where the American group was found has not been revealed for obvious reasons. What is certain is that several rare models appear in the video, which lasts less than nine minutes. For example, two first-generation Camaros can be seen at the start, as well as a red Shelby Mustang. This is likely a GT 500 from 1969. On top of that, there’s a Shelby GT500 KR convertible from 1968. If the classic is real, it’s one of only 518 examples. A similar version was recently auctioned for $205,000, according to Motor1.

    Auburn Bottle Speedster

That may seem like a fair amount, but that number pales in comparison to the two largest treasures in the collection: two Auburn Boattails parked in the corner of the hall. A 1935 851 SC Speedster sold for $747,500 at auction earlier this year. There are more treasures from contemporary automotive history in the video. For example, other American classic cars from the 1950s and 1960s as well as cars from the 1920s and 1930s are part of the mystery collection.

    Elvis limousine?

There are also some European models shown in the pictures. A Rolls Royce, for example, and even a fairly recent Mercedes G-Class with a wraparound cover on it. Also on offer: A stretch limousine with a “1-Elvis” license plate. It is not clear whether the car was actually owned by the King of Rock and Roll, or whether the license plate was added merely to honor the late musician. But even apart from the limousine, the unearthed collection is worth millions. It is not clear what will happen to the cars.
