Those involved in the cycling world championships in Wollongong, Australia, will have to deal with rain and clouds after a few sunny days. This was reported by Weeronline.
During the trial period of recent days, it has been sunny and dry on the Australian east coast. However, on Wednesday, when the mixed relay matches were held, it was overcast and the wind rose. According to the meteorological agency, the night through Thursday and Thursday during the day will be humid in Wollongong. Although there are no matches on Thursday, precipitation and a temperature of 15-17 degrees should be taken into account during any training sessions.
The road races will be held from Friday to Sunday. During the road races for juniors and U23 it will be cloudy and rainy with moderate and strong northeast winds at times and a temperature of 20 degrees. The road race for the little girls starts on Saturday morning. It rains then but in the morning the sun rises. Then the road race will be held for the elite women, who will likely keep it mostly dry. The temperature will be 19 degrees accompanied by strong south winds.
The men’s elite road race is held on Sunday. Then it dries up with sunny periods at about 20 degrees and moderate easterly winds.
