Fleur Klijnsmit (51) has been appointed CEO of RGF Staffing in the Netherlands. Effective April 1, she will succeed Eric de Jong, who has held the position on a temporary basis since May 2020.
Klijnsmit comes from IBM, where she has been responsible for the digitization of HR processes, business process outsourcing and HR business development for a number of large international clients. Prior to IBM, she worked for several global companies, including Manpower, Accenture, and Randstad. She worked at the intersection of human resources, operations, and information and communications technology.

Eric de Jong will continue to be associated with RGF Staff as Senior Executive Adviser to the Board of Directors. Under his leadership, a strategic review has been conducted in the past two years, placing more responsibility on brands and strengthening the trade organization, the group said in a press release.
RGF Staff Change Netherlands
In 2016, USG People was acquired by Japanese parent company Recruit Holdings. Last year, the name was changed to RGF Staffing The Netherlands, which includes the following brands: Start People, Unique, USG Professionals, Secretary Plus, ASA, Medi Interim, Technicum, and USG Freelance.
There have been several personnel changes at the helm of the RGF Netherlands staff this year. Alfred Nanninga was recently appointed to the position of MD Techniek at RGF Staffing (responsible for the Technicum and USG Engineering brands).
Since the beginning of this year, Mandy Stevens is the new Managing Director of Unique. She succeeded Marion Van Haupen. (Marion van Haappen has left RGF Staffing The Netherlands and has been the new CEO of HeadFirst Group since last month.)
