Netflix has worldwide rights List But we won’t see seasons 1-3 added at the same time. This means to us that Netflix Internationally will have Seasons 1 through 3 by the end of 2021. Now, as of December 2021, Manifest Seasons 1 through 3 will still be available only on Netflix Canada and the US.
In the UK, the rights to Seasons 1-3 expired in November 2021 from NowTV, but it did not go to Netflix.
Having said that, we just learned that at least one region has some early seasons in the new year.
Netflix Netherlands will receive a 1-2 seasons release in January 2022
Netflix Netherlands is one of the first regions to receive Manifest outside the United States and Canada.
According to the NetflixNL Instagram feed (Netflix-nederland.nl is free to watch on Netflix from January 1, 2022.
Season 3 won’t be filmed in a big way, which is most likely because Season 3 was only recently aired on Net5 in the country.
Unfortunately, at this point, only Netflix Netherlands that we found has announced a date for previous seasons’ transfers to Netflix, although we’re sure more will follow.

Why can’t you watch Netflix everywhere in the world at once
Part of the reason a season 4 renewal on Netflix seems so unlikely is because of the way Warner Brothers TV has sold the show all over the world. He often did this for regional networks and broadcasters. Netflix has been adamant according to an article in The Hollywood Reporter, that they won’t pick up the show until they can get the international rights.
Basically what this means is that all international rights are unreadable and will be available on Netflix under different circumstances.
In this clip, they note that bringing up the old and new seasons won’t be together instead of saying:

season 4 of List It’s currently in production in New York and expected to hit Netflix sometime in 2022 (for some regions even later).
