The document also contains a number of points that former Vice President Mike Pence could have used to prevent Joe Biden from being declared the new Speaker of Parliament on January 6. That way he could appoint more Trump supporters as electoral votes.
It is said that former President Trump and his closest allies such as Meadows, Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon worked hard until January 6 to find a solution that would keep Trump in power in the United States for much longer.
January 6 was the day Trump supporters finally stormed the Capitol in an effort to prevent official approval of the election results. This did not work in the end.
Meadows refuses to cooperate in Capitol storm investigation
Meadows pledged to cooperate with the parliamentary committee investigating the storming of the Capitol in late November, but withdrew this cooperation last Wednesday. The chief of staff is now likely to face trial for refusing to cooperate.
