In Israel on Monday, the Pfizer/Biantech COVID-19 vaccine said it remains highly effective in preventing serious diseases, while also reporting a decrease in the prevention of infections and comorbidities. The observation coincided with the end of social distancing requirements and the spread of a new delta variable.

The effectiveness of the vaccine to prevent infection and symptomatic disease has fallen to 64% since June 6. The Ministry of Health said:Reuters called. The good news is that the vaccine was 93% effective in preventing serious illness from the coronavirus, including hospitalization.

The study found that myocarditis after vaccination against the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19) is higher in the military than expected

The delta variant is estimated to spread 40-60% more easily than the alpha variant control United States by April, which itself was 50% more transmissible than the original species.

Fox News contacted Pfizer but heard nothing.

The ministry did not reveal the previous level of effectiveness against injuries before the decline. In May, it released a report saying that two doses of the Pfizer vaccine were 95% more effective against infection, hospitalization, and serious illness, according to the news agency.

About 60% of the Israeli population has received at least one injection of the Pfizer vaccine. The country then saw a drop in coronavirus cases from over 100,000 in January to singular numbers in June.

Since the end of social distancing and mask requirements, the country has seen an increase in cases, to 343 on Sunday.
