A couple in South Korea accidentally defaced a half a million dollars (about 425,000 euros) artwork, because the 1920s suspected passers-by to contribute to the artwork.

The couple was captured on camera as they were snapping paint and tossing it onto the canvas. Paint cans are part of the artwork and will move when the canvas is displayed somewhere. Partly for this reason, the shopping center where the work was temporarily offered does not file a complaint against the couple, as they assume their 20s “didn’t really know what they were doing.”

It is about work without an address By American graffiti artist JonOne, who created it in Seoul in 2016. Due to its size – the painting is 2.4 meters high and over 7 meters wide – the artwork will not be framed. A spokesperson for the artist says he’s not taking any steps against the couple, he writes ABC News Saturday.

After the accident, Lotte World Shopping Center fenced the cloth. Signs have also been placed asking shoppers not to touch work. The level of security could also have been increased.

Check out the artwork in the tweet below.
