John van den Brum reached the Belgian Cup Final with the KRC Genk team on Sunday. The Dutch coach saw his team win 1-2 over Anderlecht. In France, Paris Saint-Germain missed an opportunity at the top and in Switzerland PSC Young tested a poor dress for the Europa League comeback against Ajax.
Paul Unwacho opened the scoring for Genk in the semi-final against Anderlecht in the seventeenth minute with tape. An hour later, the visitors reached 0-2 thanks to an own-own goal by former Vicenar Matt Miyazja.
It seemed to be the last place in Genk, but twenty minutes before the end, Van den Brum’s side had to go on with ten men due to John Lokome’s red card. Anderlecht soon took advantage of the surplus position with a superb free kick from Adrian Trippel, but the home team could no longer enforce an extension.
In the final battle, he will face Genk Standard Liege in Brussels on April 24 or 25. This team beat Eupen 0-1 in the other semi-final match on Saturday.

Paris Saint-Germain misses an opportunity to progress
In Ligue 1, Paris Saint-Germain failed to take the lead from Lille OSC, who drew 0-0 with Sven Putman in Monaco. Paris Saint-Germain surprised with a 1-2 result in the Parc des Princes by a low-footballer FC Nantes.
Julian Draxler gave the champion the lead eight minutes before the end of the first half, but things worsened for the hosts in the second half. Randall Colo Moani and Moses Simon gave the win to Nantes.
Mitchell Packer remained on the bench at Paris Saint-Germain, who remained in second place due to their seventh league loss this season. The difference to Lille is three points. Third-placed Olympique Lyonnais have as many points as the Parisians, but the goal difference is smaller.

Bad General Young Boys to return against Ajax
In Switzerland, PSC Young Boys dropped points in the final match of the Europa League comeback against Ajax, with a 2-2 draw over FC Sankt Gallen. Visitors are falling twice. Just over an hour later, Jean-Pierre Nesme scored the equalizer from the penalty spot and Mishak Elia set the final result in the final stage.
For the Young Boys, this was the fourth consecutive draw in the competition. Despite this, Gerardo Siwan’s side are still at the top of the Swiss Super League. Progress to second place Servette FC is not less than seventeen points.
Next Thursday, the Young Boys will play the second leg against Ajax in the eighth final of the European League. The Swiss lost the first leg in Amsterdam 3-0 last Thursday.
In Spain, Sevilla defeated Real Betis 1-0 in the derby thanks to a goal by Youssef Al-Nassiri. Luc de Jong and Karim Rikik fell in the final stage against Sevilla, who are fourth in the Spanish League.
