The Ford Mustang Mach-E shows what electric cars are capable of

Michael McCann, March 5, 2021

Ford knows how to surprise us every time with special content. From the virtual Fordzilla P1 to “lane-waiting assistance in bed” so you always stay on your side. With the countdown to the physical arrival of the Ford Mustang Mach-E, the vehicle brand comes with an impressive array of special achievements and challenges.

Because let’s face it, have you ever seen a car beating in gravity and accelerating from a standstill after a Soraya falls, seeing the difference between identical twins or duels with a missile? A new Ford video series shows how Ford’s new sedan, the Mustang Mach e electric, is tackling all of these challenges.

Ford Mustang Mach-E versus Gravity

The Mustang Mach-E electric car has impressive torque. But is this strong enough to test the laws of gravity? Watch the electric pony compete against a fallen chandelier.

Mustang Mach-E vs Rocket Science

Mustang Mach E electric has a nice range. But what does the impressive range look like? The 3.5-meter missile helps visualize the Mustang’s WLTP range of up to 610 km, which is a result of a larger battery and rear-wheel drive.

The introduction and arrival of the Mustang Mach-E is an important moment for Ford; It shows how Ford is making the future a reality. With this video series, we want to show what is possible with the Mach-E and immediately remove some prejudices about electric cars.

Mustang Mach-E vs DNA

The all-electric Mustang Mach E is able to learn from individual drivers’ behavior and adapt to their preferences. But is the car smart enough to distinguish identical twins? Watch what happens when the Mustang Mc-E’s personal technology is unleashed on its twins.

Mustang Mach II opposite the pit crew

With over-the-air update capabilities, the Mustang Mach-E electric car can be retrofitted almost anywhere. But how does that happen in a duel with a mobile pit crew attached to the rear of a truck? There is only one way to find out.

The videos were shot in the United States, partly at the same locations used for the 2019 movie “ Ford vs Ferrari ”. The first Mustang Mach-E will soon arrive in the Netherlands, and the countdown has begun.
