February is approaching and soon words like audition, turn away, and presentations fall off. The dates will soon be revealed by the teams and it looks like Alfa Romeo has already leaked. Also site: Poland.

Motorsport.com’s Italian subsidiary reports that Alfa will present its C40 (?) In the Polish capital Warsaw. With test driver Robert Kubica, the team has a strong relationship with the Eastern European nation, and its personal main sponsor, PKN Orlen, has a big finger on the cake and now appears to be claiming the unveiled party.

In recent years, the Italian / Swiss team only presented their car on the first day of their winter test, but it now appears that this has deviated from. In Warsaw on February 22, Kimi Raikkonen and Antonio Giovinazzi will be shown in full, not just the color scheme. Last year and also in 2019, the actual car, the C39, was christened with fire during test cycles at Fiorano. Raikkonen then drove an Alpha hidden under a Valentine’s Day blanket.

If the date and location turns out to be indeed correct, the new Alpha will be revealed anyway before the winter tests in Bahrain. On 12, 13 and 14, teams will only test at the Sakhir International Circuit, as a result of the Australian Grand Prix being postponed, which should have been running a week later. The season will now start on March 28th at the same circuit in Bahrain.
