Sanderink is the owner and president of the information and communication technology company Centric and the construction company Strukton. Both companies work a lot for the Dutch government. The Almelo court recently convicted Twente’s top man for publishing defamation and insulting to his ex-girlfriend Brigitte Van Egten. Sanderink’s phone and mailbox were confiscated to obtain further evidence.

    ‘Insults and threats’

For this purpose, Usher went to Strukton’s head office in Utrecht on December 21. When Sanderink refused to receive him, a police inspector was called in to act as an assistant prosecutor. The official report of the record states that Sanderink threw the seizure papers on the ground and rebuked both officials. He also threatened the auxiliary officer. Sanderink refused to hand over his phone.

It did eventually, but the entire contents of the phone were wiped remotely. The record thus establishes an affair with Sanderink’s new girlfriend, Ryan Van Rijbroek. She was the inventor of all Sanderink passwords and had the opportunity to delete accounts remotely.

Sanderink and van Rijbroek did not respond to Tobantia’s questions.
