After a year of garbage, WWE treats us with a promising major event: On Sunday, Drew MacIntyre defended the WWE Championship against AJ Styles at the TLC pay-per-view event. It looks cool, as they are not only great players, but will compete in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match.
It is one of two matches at the TLC World Series, where Roman Reigns will also defend his World Championship against Kevin Owens.
The main confrontations concluded with Randy Orton’s Firefly Inferno vs. “The Find” Bray White. Evil matches tend to be weak, and these two had an infamous match at WrestleMania a few years ago (shot down by Bray Wyatt’s stage play. So … it’ll be interesting, at least.
Start times
TLC will be emerging from WWE’s ThunderDome which is now taking place after four months of staying at the Amway Center in Orlando at Tropicana Field Stadium in Florida. The main card starts on both days at 7 PM ET / 4 PM PDT. If you are a paid subscriber to the WWE Network – at $ 9.99 a month – you can watch TLC live at no extra cost. Otherwise, you will need to contact your local cable provider.
Viewers in the UK will have to stay up late to watch Hell in a Cell; The show begins 11pm Sunday UK time. Hell in a Cell for Australians begins in 11 am EST on Monday.
