Technology is booming. In fact, there’s a gadget for practically everything these days. Ordering dinner has been made easier through the variety of apps we have at our disposal, there are smartwatches that enable us to keep on top of our fitness, and then there are creations like virtual reality headsets where we’re able to have an immersive gaming experience.

Technological advancements are making an impact all around the world; that’s for sure. We’ve barely even touched the surface either, largely because of the sheer amount of gadgets and cool tech that we’re continually exposed to. Not only is there a lot to cover but, at times, it can be incredibly hard to keep track of given its rapid progress. The world’s population can’t seem to get enough of it, though.

More and more people are investing in technology, with advancements around AI, RPA, edge computing, augmented reality, cybersecurity and a whole host of other trending new technologies capturing minds and getting a lot of people excited in recent times. Even a quick look at our gaming options demonstrates how far we’re progressing, with the ability to catch Pokemon on the bus thanks to AI or play for real money online by accessing creations like Age of Gods at https://www.casino.com/uk/slots/age-of-gods surging in terms of its popularity also. Things are only going to get better and better, too. We really are living in a golden age in that respect.

With new technology hogging the limelight in 2020, here’s a look at a few pieces of impressive tech from the year.

    FR FRD Ultimate Dura-Ace Di2

A bike from the future, the FR FRD Ultimate Dura-Ace Di2 has been causing a bit of excitement with the cycling community since its release. Made from the same carbon fibre used in Formula One cars and high-performance aircraft, it’s an impressively light bike which is incredibly responsive. Weighing at just over 15 pounds and offering bike riders with one of the best riding experiences out there at the moment, the FR FRD Ultimate Dura-Ace Di2 is innovation at its finest.

    Pixel Buds

Wireless buds are all the rage these days, as us humans struggle to cope with too many wires and have warmed to the idea of wireless creations like Google’s Pixel Buds. These are no gimmick, though. In fact, Pixel Buds are excellent. They come with fantastic sound quality, the battery life on them is mightily impressive, and the ability to switch from important work calls to listening to your favourite album at the moment is glorious. The design of Google’s Pixel Buds is slick, too.

Staying hydrated is hugely important in terms of our all-round health, which is why devices like Fillup by FluidStance are a welcome introduction to many people who struggle to keep on top of their water intake. The clever device is essentially a water tower that holds a day’s worth of water cold, enabling you to keep on top of your drinking as it reminds you throughout the day. Clever, right?

    Hypervolt Plus Cordless Vibration Massager

Home massagers have surged in terms of their popularity over the years, although some of them don’t really do a solid job. The same can’t be said of the Hypervolt Plus Cordless Vibration Massager, though, as it delivers arguably the best home massage you’ll find on the market. With up to five interchangeable heads being rotated at up to three different speeds thanks to its 60-watt motor, you’ll be able to give those hard to reach places the care and attention they require. This little massager packs one hell of a punch!
