    As working from home has become a new normal worldwide, the emirate of Dubai has launched a new program that allows professionals around the world who work remotely to move to and live in Dubai while continuing to work for an employer in their home country.     The Dubai government said in a statement that if the applicant is a business owner, he will need to show proof of ownership of the company for a year or more, with an average monthly income of $ 5,000 per month, and bank statements for three people.     Once accepted, program participants will be able to access all services in Dubai such as communications, facilities and education. The government said the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) granted Dubai the Safe Travel Seal, making the emirate a safe country to travel and relocate to despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
