New Zealand Amazons Dinga van Lier and Tamar Zoestra will start their World Cup season next weekend. The two duel in Lyon.

The World Cup season consists of a series of major competitions. Last weekend was the first in Aarhus, but they overtook Van Lier and Zwistra. In France they enter the ring with Hermès and Hexagon’s Ich Weiss respectively.

Coming from Capel, Van Lier is sixth in the world rankings. She is the third-place finisher in the last World Cup, but has never been to a World Cup final. Zoestra, who lives in Shore and is 40th in the FEI ranking, makes his debut in the spring of 2022 in Final Fight. She was the only Dutch woman to do so at the time.

In Lyon, Amazon Zeeland can already earn points for ranking. The best in the end qualify for the final of the World Cup in the United States.
