WWE, in an ongoing effort to expand its global reach, has announced a new partnership with the Talpa Network in the Netherlands.
TALPA Network and WWE announce radio partnership in the Netherlands
Stamford, Connecticut. April 7, 2021 – WWE (NYSE: WWE) and Talpa Network today announced a new partnership to broadcast major weekly WWE shows Raw and SmackDown, and to present WrestleMania for the first time in the Netherlands as a live pay-to-watch event on April 11 and 12.
Beginning April 9, one-hour copies of Raw and SmackDown will be broadcast on Veronica’s free channel on Friday nights starting at 11:45 PM (CEST). Full releases of Raw and SmackDown will be shown on Talpa’s On-Demand network service KIJK as soon as it airs in the US.
In addition to the weekly programs, two nights of WWE pop culture glamor, WrestleMania, will be available live on WATCH Pay-Per-View on April 11 and 12 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida.
