Las Vegas, Nev. (August 19, 2025) — Formula 1 will expand its U.S. footprint this fall with the launch of the inaugural F1 Business Summit, set for Thursday, November 20, at Wynn Las Vegas. The event, produced in partnership with Liberty Media and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), will bring together high-profile leaders across sports, entertainment, and business for a day of discussions at the intersection of culture and commerce.

The summit is designed to showcase how global sports properties—led by Formula 1—are transcending traditional boundaries to engage fans worldwide. Packages go on sale Friday, August 22, at 10 a.m. PDT.

A Showcase of Sports, Culture, and Entertainment

Organizers said the summit will examine how sports drive broader cultural influence and create commercial opportunities beyond the playing field. The program will feature a series of panels, keynote conversations, and networking sessions.

Stefano Domenicali, President & CEO of Formula 1, emphasized the significance of hosting the summit in Las Vegas, now in its third year as a stop on the Formula 1 calendar.

“In the US, sport holds an incredible position – it’s cultural, a huge part of society and loved across the country, so Las Vegas is the perfect place for the F1 Business Summit,” Domenicali said. “It’s the global home of sports and entertainment and as we host our third season racing in this fantastic location, we have the momentum to connect influential speakers and guests to explore how we can work together to continue to innovate, push boundaries, and think big.”

Emily Prazer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. and Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1, said the summit reflects how F1 has evolved into a powerful cultural force.

“Formula 1 is a prime example of how a global sporting event can shape pop culture and build lasting relevance and impact that extends beyond motorsports,” Prazer said. “The F1 Business Summit will bring innovators, investors, and visionaries together in Las Vegas to exchange ideas and accelerate change in a destination that has cemented its reputation as the sports and entertainment capital.”

    Panel Highlights

Programming begins at 12:30 p.m. and will conclude with closing remarks at 4:00 p.m., followed by a networking event at the Paddock Club Rooftop. Panel topics include:

    • The Vegas Effect: Sports, Entertainment, and the New Era — Featuring Stefano Domenicali, Steve Hill of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, Jennifer Koester of Sphere, Las Vegas Raiders President Sandra Douglass Morgan, and sportscaster Jim Gray.

    • Untapped Global Growth — With Derek Chang of Liberty Media and Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, this panel will explore how sports can expand into new markets and demographics.

    • 1 on 1: Q&A with Toto Wolff — An in-depth conversation with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team Principal on leadership, strategy, and Formula 1’s global trajectory.

    • Always On: Driving Pop Culture Engagement Through Partnerships — A discussion on licensing and cultural reach featuring Emily Prazer, Disney executive Tasia Filippatos, Julia Goldin of LEGO, and Andrea Hopelain of EA Sports.

    • Game Changers: Investing in the Transformative Power of Women’s Sports — A session highlighting the rise of women’s sports with F1 Academy’s Susie Wolff, American Express CMO Elizabeth Rutledge, Angel City FC co-founder Julie Uhrman, and WNBA CMO Phil Cook.

    • Keynote Discussion — A headline keynote will be announced at a later date.

    Ticket Packages

Three registration packages are available, all of which include access to the Paddock Club Rooftop:

    • Single-Day Summit — Includes summit entry and Thursday rooftop access.

    • Race Weekend Experience — Includes summit entry and a three-day rooftop pass.

    • Golf + Summit Package — A premium option featuring a four-person entry into The Grid: Pro-Am golf outing at Wynn Golf Club on November 19, plus summit access and rooftop passes for four. Availability is limited.

    Formula 1’s Expanding U.S. Presence

The summit reflects Formula 1’s push to expand its U.S. profile, with Las Vegas joining Miami and Austin as key markets. Industry observers view the initiative as a bid to solidify the sport’s commercial standing alongside other major American leagues.

Attendees can expect high-level networking opportunities alongside discussions on growth strategies, cultural partnerships, and the evolving economics of sports.
