Las Vegas, Nev. (August 19, 2025) — Formula 1 will expand its U.S. footprint this fall with the launch of the inaugural F1 Business Summit, set for Thursday, November 20, at Wynn Las Vegas. The event, produced in partnership with Liberty Media and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), will bring together high-profile leaders across sports, entertainment, and business for a day of discussions at the intersection of culture and commerce.
The summit is designed to showcase how global sports properties—led by Formula 1—are transcending traditional boundaries to engage fans worldwide. Packages go on sale Friday, August 22, at 10 a.m. PDT.
A Showcase of Sports, Culture, and Entertainment
Organizers said the summit will examine how sports drive broader cultural influence and create commercial opportunities beyond the playing field. The program will feature a series of panels, keynote conversations, and networking sessions.
Stefano Domenicali, President & CEO of Formula 1, emphasized the significance of hosting the summit in Las Vegas, now in its third year as a stop on the Formula 1 calendar.
“In the US, sport holds an incredible position – it’s cultural, a huge part of society and loved across the country, so Las Vegas is the perfect place for the F1 Business Summit,” Domenicali said. “It’s the global home of sports and entertainment and as we host our third season racing in this fantastic location, we have the momentum to connect influential speakers and guests to explore how we can work together to continue to innovate, push boundaries, and think big.”
Emily Prazer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. and Chief Commercial Officer for Formula 1, said the summit reflects how F1 has evolved into a powerful cultural force.
“Formula 1 is a prime example of how a global sporting event can shape pop culture and build lasting relevance and impact that extends beyond motorsports,” Prazer said. “The F1 Business Summit will bring innovators, investors, and visionaries together in Las Vegas to exchange ideas and accelerate change in a destination that has cemented its reputation as the sports and entertainment capital.”
