The first day of Japan's state visit to the UK ended with a stunning state banquet. Both Queen Camilla and Empress Masako opted for white.

Buckingham Palace hosted a state banquet last night to mark the end of the first day of Japan's state visit to the UK. And of course, the guests brought out their finest clothes and jewellery. Earlier in the day, Prince William picked up the Japanese imperial couple at the hotel where they were staying, then drove them to the British king and queen.
