The plan includes a fleet of 29 ships from 7 different shipping companies serving 11 sea routes. These ships can make 8,000 transit trips and carry more than 7 million passengers and 2 million vehicles. The Mohammed V Solidarity Foundation plays a central role in the organization and will also provide social assistance.

To facilitate the journey, the port infrastructure in Tangier Med, Tangier Medina, Nador and Al Hoceima is currently being renovated. There will be rest areas, shaded areas, walkways, signage and dredging of the ferry terminals.
