    Most of the United States experiences severe winter weather. Due to a combination of storms and heavy rain, more than 800,000 families were without electricity in the northeast of the country. In the south, hurricanes cause deaths.

    The East Coast of the United States has been witnessing heavy rains and a severe storm since Tuesday. Rainfall may reach 7 centimeters in some places. Snow falling on the edges of the storm. Snow thickness can reach 20 cm there.

    The combination of storms and snow or rain causes damage to power cables and power outages. New York and Pennsylvania were most affected by the power outages. In both states, there are approximately 200,000 families without electricity.

    Flood warnings have also been issued in several northeastern states. It snowed heavily there last weekend and rain added to this storm.

    The storm claimed the lives of three people in Alabama, North Carolina and Georgia. Many tornadoes were also observed in these southern states. New York times Reports indicate that at least ten tornadoes were reported. In Florida, among other places, the winds toppled the roofs of homes and buildings.
