Elon Musk responded to complaints from Russian owners of electric cars about service problems

Tesla owners complained about the lack of official technical support and asked Musk to open an office in Russia. The businessman stressed that the company is doing everything in its power to support electric car owners around the world.

“Tesla is striving to provide owner support as quickly as possible. [электромобилей] Tesla around the world,” the businessman wrote on Twitter.

So he responded to the user’s post with a link to the publication of the Tesmanian portal dedicated to news about Tesla and other projects of the entrepreneur. The material, in turn, contains a link to a video message posted on the Go Electro YouTube channel.

“We use our cars where there are no high-speed filling stations. We do not have services, we do not have official technical support. And if we need spare parts, we order them from abroad and it turns into a six-month long adventure,” says Dmitriy Sakal, author of the channel, in the video.
