Cupertino – google browser It just released version 96 of its Chrome browser. This new version now looks more like the user interface of Windows 11. Along with the stable version of Chrome 96, the search giant has also announced Chrome 97 Beta with new privacy features. Or rather, fix the existing list.

Reports from the GSM Arena, on Sunday (11/21/2021), the new menu puts all site data in one place so that users can easily keep track of which sites store data on their computer, including cookies.

The new site data controls are located in the same submenu – Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across files.

With the introduction of the new list, Google is getting rid of strict control over cookies and site data.

The reason behind this change is that Google considers it easier for users and is likely to lead to some broken experiences on certain websites. However, this option will still be available to developers in DevTools.

last, Chrome 97 Beta Includes WebTransport API support and CSS media queries to check the state of HDR support for a specific device.
