For this purpose, a button will be included to stop the recording at any time. This way, users can review it before pressing the send or delete button.

WhatsApp is preparing new features to improve the experience of the voice messaging function. As reported this week by the WABetaInfo portal, the update – already available in beta software for Android – will allow senders to listen to the audio before sending it to the recipient. Currently, these files are sent once the registration is completed, without the possibility of review; Only its complete deletion is allowed.

For this purpose, a button will be included to stop the recording at any time. This way, users can review it before pressing the submit button or deciding to return it.

Besides this possibility, WhatsApp will add the details of the sound waves to the voice message in real time, as the person is speaking. In June, WABetaInfo already hinted that the messaging app is working on these features.

If you like it, share it with your friends!
