In fact, Til Schweiger just wants to thank you for the cosmetic treatment, but the accompanying photo raises speculation. Because many followers are sure: artificial intelligence was at work here.
“Thank you so much, dear Miriam, for the detailed advice and treatment. I felt so relieved,” Til Schweiger wrote on Instagram of a photo with Dr. Miriam Rahbin, a celebrity-trusted dermatologist. After just one week, he could see “huge improvement” thanks to her products and is now “looking forward to my new, glowing skin,” Schweiger enthuses.
Indeed, the 60-year-old appears to have transformed. However, many followers do not believe that cosmetics were the “game changer” that Schweiger claims. When you look at the photo, you are more than certain that artificial intelligence (AI) was at work here. “Dear Till, something is wrong with this photo,” “What happened to his head? Has he become an alien? The photo was badly edited,” “The photo is clearly fake!” or “Sorry, but I can’t shake the feeling that we have an AI-generated photo here. The poses for each other are so unnatural, it looks like two separate photos stitched together here,” are some of the many suspicious comments on Schweiger’s photo with Dr. Repin.
In addition to the photo's composition, many Instagram followers also reacted with confusion to the 60-year-old's somewhat thinning hairline. “What's wrong with your hair?” or “If these things are also responsible for your new hairstyle, then (Dr. Rippin, Editor's note) As a precaution, he filed for bankruptcy.” At least some think Schweiger looks “beautiful” with a side parting. At least there's a compliment from his “Manta, Manta” co-star Tina Rowland: “Great hairdo!”

And, detached from Schweiger's optics, the text of the post itself becomes the subject. Many fans don't buy the promotional post for the actor and film producer. “What the hell? As if Thiel was advertising cosmetics… And then this bad picture came – it really couldn't be more eye-catching… Who would believe it?” or “I'm still wondering what bothers me more: the picture or the text,” are suspicious comments. Many wonder whether the “Keinohrhasen” star has been hacked. “Is this satire?” asks a confused fan. “I don't know whether to laugh or cry,” another user sums up the mood. “Blink if you need help!” writes one of Schweiger's followers.
According to RTL's verification, neither AI nor Photoshop was involved in the Instagram photo. The experts also rule out a hacker attack. Schweiger will surely be happy that at least some of his fans think he looks different in the photo, but “very good”.
