Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, revealed his $50,000 prefab house in Boca Chica, Texas.

“My base home is literally a $50,000 home in Boca Chica/Starbies that I rent from SpaceX. It’s kind of cool,” Musk tweeted.

The only home I own is the Juvenile House in the Bay Area. If you sell it, the house will be less used, unless a large family buys it, which it may someday happen.

“The only house I own is the Juvenile Home in the Bay Area. If I sell it, the house will be less used unless a big family buys it, which may happen one day,” he added.

According to Business Insider, tiny homes have become a popular alternative to the classic family home or apartment, and tiny living units have become very popular, attracting the attention of one of the world’s richest men, Elon Musk.

Curious about the tiny house, which now houses a man who could buy countless mansions instead?

The site indicated that the founder of the house, Termani Termani, did not confirm whether Elon Musk resided in that small, simple housing unit called Casita, but the company did not hesitate to point out its potential role in the small house of the tech powerhouse.

The founder of the company explained that unlike other prefab homes, the Casitas condominium unit can be collapsed from 20 feet to approximately 8.5 feet while being transported on a truck or towed by a van, however, shipping can still cost anywhere from $2 to $10 per mile. From its headquarters in Las Vegas.

And if the customer is willing to pay more for freight, homes can also be sent abroad or sent by rail.
