Eleven host cities have been identified in the United States. These are Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles/SoFi Stadium, Miami, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, San Francisco Bay Area, and Seattle. In Canada, football will be played in Toronto and Vancouver. Mexico hosts the World Cup matches in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey.

“We congratulate the 16 host cities for demonstrating exceptional commitment and passion,” FIFA President Gianni Infantino said. “Today is a historic day for everyone in those 16 cities and states, for FIFA, Canada, the USA and Mexico. All of these parties will put on the best show in the world. We look forward to working with them to deliver an unprecedented global tournament in which we strive to make football truly global.”

“We are pleased with the unparalleled competitiveness of this selection process. We are very grateful not only to the 16 cities that were selected, but also to the other six cities. We want to continue working with those cities and look at the possibilities of welcoming the fans and participating teams. This has always been a world championship for three countries. “This tournament will undoubtedly have a huge impact on the entire region and the wider football community,” said Victor Montaliani, President of CONCACAF, the Confederation of Nations from the Americas and the Caribbean.
