Emma Sleep has opened its second store in the Netherlands. Located in the bustling city of Eindhoven, the new store opened its doors on Friday 15 December. Emma Sleep wants to be closer to its customers.
The main motive behind opening this second physical store is to enhance the relationship with customers. Customer conversations showed that many people need advice when purchasing a personal item such as a mattress, bed or pillow. This new store in Eindhoven will provide customers with the opportunity to receive expert advice and experience the comfort of Emma products for themselves.

After opening its first European store in the Netherlands’ Westfield Mall in Leidschendam earlier this year, Emma Sleep is expanding its stores. “Through Emma Sleep stores, we offer our customers an additional opportunity to connect with our products and receive personal advice from our store staff. Based on the positive experiences with our customers in the first store, we are very excited about this opportunity to take advantage of this opportunity,” said Henk Wanning, Head of European Retail at Emma Sleep. We are opening our second store in Eindhoven.” The company will continue to open new stores steadily in 2024. Earlier in November, the first Emma store opened in Cologne, Germany.
