Navi Delhi: The social messaging app WhatsApp is currently discussing its new privacy policy. Recently, WhatsApp asked its users to agree to a new privacy policy or to leave WhatsApp, after which its users responded differently to this decision. After announcing the new privacy policy, the social messaging app Telegram has taken over WhatsApp in a funny way.

Telegram earlier mocked WhatsApp by sharing two Spider-Man memes. Now Telegram mocked WhatsApp with another mem. Telegram shared the GIF of this viral video from Ghana on its Twitter account, showing four people dancing with coffins. In it, Telegram changed the text of WhatsApp’s privacy policy instead of a coffin. In actual Ghana there is a group of bears who perform at funerals.

Telegram tweeted this on January 10 and so far it has received more than 283,000 likes and has retweeted about 87,000 times. Not only that, but around 8,000 people responded to this tweet.

In particular, the telegram also gave a special response to those who have adopted the new WhatsApp privacy policy. The user showed the status of people who accepted the policy through the meme. In a tweet of a user, Telegram suggested an option to uninstall WhatsApp and said this is the cure for the disease. Telegram gave a private response to the user’s criticism of this tweet.

    Explanation from whatsapp

The new privacy policy for WhatsApp will take effect on February 8th of next month. But WhatsApp has also provided an explanation in light of users’ opposition. WhatsApp clarified that neither WhatsApp nor Facebook can read users’ private messages, and WhatsApp cannot listen to your calls with your friends and family. Everything you share stays with you. Because your private messages are protected with end-to-end encryption. We will not allow this security to be breached.
