    This recipe consists of three parts. Sandra starts with onion fritters and later in the article you can read recipes for raclette and French fries.

    Onion Fritters (Mini Zwiebelkuchen)

    • Purl blanc plate, 12 pieces
    • Preparation: about 30 minutes

    Ingredients:

    dough

    • 80 grams of cold butter + extra for greasing
    • 200 grams of whole wheat flour + extra per person
    • 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
    • a pinch of salt
    • 50-75 ml of cold water

    filling

    • 600 grams of onions
    • 30 grams of butter
    • 80 ml full fat milk
    • 80 ml whipped cream
    • 2 small eggs
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 100 grams of cooked pork chops

    Additional supplies:

    • rolling pin
    • Tin-coated cake
    • 10 cm plug

    How to prepare

    Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Step 2: Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into half rings.

    Step 3: Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onions and fry over low heat for 15 minutes until soft and transparent. Let it cool down for a while.

    The fourth step: Cut the butter into cubes and grind the flour with butter, caraway seeds and salt in a blender until crumbly.

    Fifth step: Slowly pour in the water while stirring until you get a smooth paste.

    Sixth step: Press the dough into a disk, cover and let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.

    Seventh step: Roll out the dough on a floured baking sheet to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut out 10 cm circles. Grease a muffin tin and push circles of dough into the tin.

    Eighth step: Whisk the milk, cream, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl.

    Step 9: Cut the ham into thin slices and place them on top of the tin. Divide the onion over it and pour the milk mixture over it.

    Step 10: Bake the onion pies in the oven for 30-35 minutes and serve on a serving board.

    How to prepare

    Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Step 2: Brush the potatoes with oil and place in an oven dish, cover and bake for 40-50 minutes.

    Step 3: Shave the cheese slices.

    The fourth step: Cut the potatoes in half, cover with slices of cheese and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.

    Fifth step: Cut the cucumber in half and place it on top of the melted cheese. Sprinkle with fried onions.

    How to prepare

    Step 1: Break the biscuits and put them in the bowl of the food processor along with the jam and rum.

    Step 2: Grind into fine crumbs.

    Step 3: Roll 15 balls of the biscuit mixture and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, until firm. If the mixture is dry, add some extra jam if needed.

    The fourth step: Heat the chocolate or bain-marie. Pour the granules into a deep plate or bowl.

    Fifth step: Dip the balls with 2 forks into the chocolate, then into the granules. Then let the chocolate harden.
