“-A” means that you are producing more electricity than you are currently consuming and thus the electricity is fed back to the grid. Conversely, “+A” means just the opposite. At the bottom center of the screen, you can see how much electricity you currently supply or how much you get from the grid.
However, the flashlight tricks don't work with older or analog electricity meters. However, thanks to a useful innovation in 2023, it will be possible to save electricity even with the use of old electricity meters.
